Longevity in business and a proven track record are a good start for a business owner but hard work and the right people are just as important, and that's the mix that exists at Ray White Cheltenham. CEO Mark Guthrie has built not only a great business with his venture at Ray White Cranbourne over the last 10 plus years but has also nurtured and assisted in the development of people during that time as well. Mark now brings that combination to an already well established and successful office in Cheltenham.

Mark has previously worked at the Ray White corporate office in a training and development role and has taken that wealth of experience and combined it with real life business training with the Cranbourne office. The Cranbourne office ranked in the top 5 business' regularly and still commands a dominate market share and is a leader in the Casey area.

The opportunity to combine this with a long standing and respected business was the overriding factor for taking over the Cheltenham office in early 2015. From day one Mark set about restructuring the business and implementing proven business practices, while at the same time ensuring the systems that had survived in the business for so many years were kept where needed. The future ahead looks bright as the business now takes the steps to ensure it becomes the market leader, as proven performers join the team and the team takes shape, the tried and tested business practices also start to have an impact and the results start to show.

Whether you are a vendor looking for a team to represent you with your biggest asset to ensure the very best price, a landlord looking for a team to trust your vitally important investment with, or even an agent looking for the best team to grow and thrive in, Mark and the team at Ray White Cheltenham will tick the boxes for you.

If you are an agent looking to enjoy the ride as this team develops into the market leaders why not call Mark and find out what it takes to work with the best. For a confidential meeting call Mark on 0404 001 347
